Easter Egg Hunt

I noticed while taking pictures this Easter how difficult it is to get good Easter egg hunt pictures. Most of the time the kids are looking at the ground and walking away from you. I managed to get one good shot of each of the kids, so here they are.

One Cute Family :)

How blessed we are to have a family! I believe I have learned more about how my Heavenly Father feels about me from my children than I ever knew before. How precious is each soul in His sight. Children truly are an heritage of the Lord!

Happy Easter!

Emary's first Peep.
She wasn't that impressed. Can't say I blame her *blech*.

Happy Easter!

Tonight we dyed Easter eggs, something the kids always look forward to. Actually, so do I because it's cheap entertainment that doesn't stain...or so I thought.
BreeAnna doesn't have the patience to let her eggs sit in the dye very long. She kept reaching in to get the eggs out prematurely, so her hands are a little bit pink and purple.
Aaron, however, has more patience this year and he set the timer for his eggs to make sure they were the exact color they should be. Unfortunately while I was reading my brother's latest mission letter, Aaron was timing his fingers in the dye... for 5 minutes.
Aren't they lovely?
I suppose I should have supervised this activity a little closer. Hopefully his fingers will return to their normal color before too long.

Emary's First Real Haircut

Oh, how we have dreaded this day! Em has always had a lot of hair, and it never fell out. It's just growing in blonde, so it was time to get it out of her eyes.
She started out her usual cheery self...
...but as you can see, it was all downhill from there. Bear with me. I've never posted a video before. I hope it plays!

Luck-O-The Irish

I know it's a month late, but I couldn't resist posting these pictures. BreeAnna came home with these fabulous construction paper leprechaun ears from preschool.
Doesn't she look fabulous? But wait, it gets better.
These just might be the cutest leprechauns I've ever seen!
